💢Job Roles and Responsibilities-


Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for Customer Service and handle online product delivery service related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. via call support.



Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.


• Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.


• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.


• Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.


• Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.


• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.


• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.


• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Trust, or Payments teams as required to resolve Sellers issues and questions.


💢Basic Criteria-


1. Minimum 12th passed


2. Freshers and Experienced, both can apply


3. Candidates must have excellent communication skill in English


4. No leaves for next 4 months excluding 1 week-off


5. Shift Time ( 24*7)


6. Should have a typing

Candidate must have Windows 10 Licensed version

Candidate must have WiFi/Broadband connection

Candidate must have active Antivirus

Webcam & Microphone should be in a working condition

Candidate must have 4GB RAM inbuild in System
