Designation/Post : Customer Service Analyst  (By Video Know Your Customer)


Shift window: 8AM to 10PM (Weekend fixed off)


Profile: 100% Calling Profile 


Salary: upto 9Lacs + Annual Bonus


Minimum Experience Required: 1 year in relevant field

Job Description:


•Completing the Video KYC (know your customer) process for prospect customers in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decisioning process.

•Presentable while interacting with customers, must care  they don't think about any fake , understand them, clear all their queries.

•Ensure error- free verification of card applications

•Deliver Employees, Customers and Shareholder metrics as per goals

Brainstorm with the leaders and colleagues to recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to enhance value proposition.

•Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines

•Support all new initiatives in the New Accounts area

•Effective and efficient call handling

Balance customer interests with the interests of American Express

Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: Self-motivated and Organized to manage timelines.


Minimum Qualifications:


Qualifications - External


Graduate/Undergraduate

Functional Skills/Capabilities: Preferred Minimum 1Year Of Experience in Customer Handling

Skills- MS Office Knowledge


Requirements:


In compliant with Customer First Strategy

High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation

Knowledge of KYC for Consumer & Corporate India Market.
